These sessions blend the clinical precision of remedial massage with the slow, intuitive presence of holistic touch. Whether you're addressing specific areas of muscular pain or seeking a full-body reset, each treatment is tailored to meet your unique needs on the day — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Drawing on a trauma-informed, heart-centred approach, I work with the body as a map of your lived experience — one that longs to be heard, softened, and supported. Cancellation Policy
At Soul Studio, your session time is held with intention. I prepare the space, my energy, and the ceremony of the work specifically for you. Because of this, clear boundaries support both of us. Cancellations & Rescheduling More than 24 hours’ notice: You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee applies. Reduced Late-Cancellation Fee If you need to cancel within 24 hours but are able to reschedule within 7 days, a 25% cancellation fee applies instead of the full fee. (This is offered at my discretion and may not be available during busy periods.) Missed Appointments / No Shows No-shows are charged the full session fee. Exceptions I offer compassionate consideration for: sudden bereavement acute illness personal emergencies These situations are responded to individually and with care. First-Time Grace If you have never cancelled late before, you may receive a one-time grace waiver. After that, the standard policy applies.
