Vision
I am inspired to explore — and support others in exploring — a deeper connection to Country: to the lands, waters, and ecologies we are part of. Through art, yoga, ceremony, and the creation of intentional spaces, my work seeks to honour and deepen our cultural relationship with environment, ocean, and place.

My practice is rooted in both formal studies and embodied experience. I hold a Master’s in Museum Studies with a focus on cultural heritage and anthropology, a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and qualifications in Remedial Massage Therapy. These are woven together with more than 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Ceremony Facilitation, ZenThai Shiatsu, and immersive training in Ka Huna and Lomi Lomi bodywork.

This layered foundation informs how I listen, hold space, and engage — whether in private sessions, retreat settings, or shared community practices. Every offering is shaped by a respect for lineage, a commitment to embodiment, and a desire to meet people where they are.

Through both practice and research, I’ve found that wellbeing and creative expression offer a profound gateway into spiritual integrity. My vision is to share this with others — to foster a renewed sense of ecological, social, and cultural connection to place.
All of my work is ultimately guided by a single thread:
to deepen the connection between people, culture, and Country.
I believe in the power of somatic, ceremonial, visionary, and creative arts to heal, to educate, and to bring us home.
Values
My work is a devotion to co-creation, animacy, and reciprocity — between earth, body, and community. At the heart of everything I offer is a return to relationship: with place, with the breath, with ancestral memory, and with the deep intelligence of the natural world.
I am passionate about the transformative power of education, and believe that learning is a sacred act. It allows us — as individuals and as communities — to reimagine the future, to expand beyond inherited limitations, and to build more conscious, reciprocal relationships with the land and each other.

I am especially drawn to the intersections between spirituality, embodied cultural practices, and ecological wellbeing — where art becomes ritual, and healing becomes a communal act.
My work explores:
-
How creative and somatic practices support wholistic health
-
How ecological reciprocity can be restored through ritual and rhythm
-
How narrativity, mythology, and place-based knowledge shape collective identity
-
How ceremony and movement return us to a felt relationship with Source
At my core, I am an educator, creative artist, museologist, yogi, advocate for indigenous wisdoms, mystic, and health ambassador.

I value vitality, beauty, and compassionate resource-sharing — bringing heart-led offerings to the community through massage, ceremony, and the sacred arts.
