In my Visual Arts practice I utilise embodied, process-led practices experienced by the body as the groundwork for a multidisciplinary visual and cultural exploration. The art seeks to weave together divergent ideas and philosophies from ancient and modern understandings of our bio and somatic experience of oneself within, and the environment around us.
